Outstanding service. They take the extra step. Had a used car that only had one key - they worked their magic to avoid having to get ripped off by a dealer. When remote broke apart it was put together at no cost. A+++

If you're looking for service and live in Central Mass, look no further. They were kind, prompt and knowledgeable. Not to mention their price came far below their competitors. I would highly recommend for all friends and family members to use them!

Lost the key to my daughters Jeep. Gave Jim's Lock & Key a call and within a couple hours had 2 brand new keys with integrated key fobs cut and programmed. Fantastic service and quality! Although I hope I don't lose my keys and need to call Jim's again, I would do so in a heartbeat as they are very professional and unbelievably fast.

Best place I know to get keys made. The staff is very friendly and responsive. They know their locks and can tell you if you have a problem key (unusual type that may need to get serviced from the manufacturer). They can also replace weak batteries in car key fobs too.

I recently bought a used Honda Civic, and got two keys: a key with remote control buttons (let's call this a "remote key"), and a valet key which doesn't have any remote control functionality. I wanted to get another remote key, as a backup key, so I contacted Jim's.

After I checked that they had a blank remote key in stock for my car, it only took about 20 minutes to cut the key and program it. The price was much lower than what I've heard that Honda charges.

It was a great experience. I only wished I needed more keys!
