What the Women's Leadership Connection is about:
The Women Leadership Connection (WLC) prioritizes personal development while connecting individuals with influential figures in various industries, the public sector, nonprofits, and local corporations. Our goal is to bolster women's leadership capabilities to benefit the broader North Central MA business communities. We invite speakers who have proven leadership experience in their respective fields, who are standout performers, and advocates for change. We encourage guests and likeminded professionals who share our values of fostering relationships, contributing to the community, exchanging knowledge and resources, enhancing reputations, and seizing business prospects to join us at any of our WLC events.
This is a network created for women, by women, to support women who are seasoned or aspirant leaders in the home, at work, or in the community. The purpose of the network is to provide opportunities for women to connect from various backgrounds.
