Job Description:
This position will perform electrical maintenance of production equipment in a 24-hour manufacturing plant. They also install, maintain, and calibrate process control and monitoring devices with the ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions with PLC, HMI. Candidate will be expected to maintain and calibrate consistency transmitters, trouble shoot drives, PLC's, photo eyes and motion control systems. In addition, they will be expected to interface with operators to support the production process in a safe manner.
Experience Required:
Additional experience includes: Minimum of three (3) years experience in repair and troubleshooting of AC/DC drives, MCC, VFD, DCS, systems.
The ideal Candidate should have prior knowledge of pressure, level and flow transmitters and a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Working knowledge of PLC programming REQUIRED.
High School/GED - Required
